How to
tune in
The show is on every Friday and Saturday from 10pm to 1am UK time on talkSPORT 1089 & 1053 AM across the UK (1071 and 1107 AM in Nottingham and Newcastle respectively), as well as on Sky channel 0108, NTL channel 899 & 927, Telewest channel 927, Homechoice channel 625 and Freeview channel 723.
If you're not in the UK, you can listen to the show on the net - go to the talkSPORT website and click "Listen Live".
Make sure you're tuned in between 10pm & 1am on Fridays and Saturdays (UK time) and have the TalkSport number to hand - 08704 20 20 20. You can text the show on 81089.
